Ida-Jane Graham

Ida-Jane Graham’s (M.C.A) career of more than 35 years at the John Howard Society of Ottawa includes counseling, service management, program development, and clinical supervision. As Clinical Director, she guides colleagues in work with youth and adults to align with the agency’s priorities to be evidence-based, strength-based, gender-responsive, and trauma-responsive.Ida-Jane has been associated with Orbis Partners for 20 years in statewide initiatives for standardized assessments (YASI, SPIn and SPInW (for Women), LSI-R) and effective casework practices in Illinois, New York, California, and Pennsylvania. 

Ida-Jane served as an advisor to Ukraine in a multi-year international initiative to support efforts for effective youth justice. Her role was specific to gender responsivity in policies, practices, and programs. She worked with colleagues to create institutional programming in support of imprisoned individuals’ release and return to their families and communities.
